Data on the measures taken by the managers and the General Manager of PoliS-Lombardia pursuant to Article 23(1) of Legislative Decree No 33/2013/Article 1, paragraph 16 of Law No 190/2012. The lists and summary sheets of the final measures of the proceedings, adopted by the administrative managers of PoliS-Lombardia, are published, referring to: authorisation or concession; B) the choice of the contractor for the award of works, supplies and services, including the selection procedure chosen pursuant to the Code of Public Contracts, relating to works, services and supplies, as referred to in Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006; C) competitions and selective tests for the recruitment of staff and career progressions referred to in Article 24 of Legislative Decree No 150 of 2009; agreements concluded by the government with private entities or with other public authorities.
