Dataset description

The layer contains the alphanumeric data and the geometries of the maps obtained from the cross between the cadastral geometries and the data relating to the protective measures relating to the villas and castles of the FVG issued pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004 as amended. In particular, account has been taken of the contexts of the Venetian villas and the historical dwellings censured by IRVV and the fortified architecture census by INC already under monumental protection pursuant to Part 2 of Legislative Decree 42/2004 (Articles 12 and 13) or the previous legislation (ex Laws 778/1922 and 1497/1939), with the aim of attributing an effective landscape interest relative to their contexts and therefore identifying buildings or complexes of architectural value and related appliances that are worthy of being recognised as landscape assets and included in the plan. The alphanumeric data layer of the decrees has been reconstructed by comparing the cadastral data of the decrees with today’s plans. They were able to identify today’s maps referring to the constraint and then, subsequently, extract the geometries from the digital cartogafia. The layer represents a reconnaissance and analysis and will be subject to progressive integrations as the process of verification and adaptation of the plan progresses. In relation to this data, during the strategic analysis of the plan, this choice should be made with the aim of assigning a real landscape interest relative to the figurative contexts of the assets useful to protect the context of its stock, any privileged optical cones and panoramic views
