PPR — Tav. P2.0 Landscape goods (Meaning Framework 1:250,000)

Table P2.0 “Landscape goods” (Fradro d’union in scale 1:250,000) shows the landscape assets present in the regional territory protected pursuant to Articles 136, 142 and 157 of the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape. The Union Framework is accompanied by a further six tables of detail on a scale of 1:100,000, while the goods referred to in Article 136 of the Code were also represented in the Catalogue of Landscape Assets on a scale that allows them to be precisely identified.In Table P2 the landscape goods referred to in Article 142 were represented on the basis of current knowledge; in particular, for some types of property, appropriate identification criteria have been defined, shared with the Ministry, on the basis of which water bodies, lakes and areas of archaeological interest have been represented.The representation of landscape assets is a reference for the application of the specific rules laid down by the implementing rules in application of the Code.With reference to the landscape assets, represented in this table and in the Catalogue, we would point out that the contents of the Regional Landscape Plan may be modified or supplemented following the establishment of new assets or the correction of any material errors. The processed and the data will be updated periodically (therefore this table is the version updated to the one approved), but it is suggested to consult the summary table of the changes made after the approval, which can be downloaded from the regional site. Please note that the QGis project of table P2 currently downloadable does not contain the shape “letter g) forests and forests”, since the most up-to-date data of the woods must be downloaded from the Geoportal under the heading “Forest paper (edition 2016)”. It should also be noted that, compared to this table, the most up-to-date data of municipal boundaries, as well as protected areas and contiguous areas, are present on the Geoportal, as corrected by Law No 11/2019, which amended Regional Law No 19/2009.
