Dataset description

The layer contains the alphanumeric data and the geometries of the maps relating to the historical-architectural assets of the FVG having particular value from the landscape point of view. In particular, the territorial contexts of assets already subject to monumental protection pursuant to Part Two of Legislative Decree No 42/2004 (Articles 12 and 13) or previous legislation (ex Laws 778/1922 and 1497/1939) have been taken into account, as well as areas already recognised by the local planning tools or by indications received during the process of participation of the PPR. The systematic comparison between the specific data identified, the data reported by participation and the areas previously subject to protection measures has led to the identification of territorial contexts of particular cultural significance called “additional contexts”, for which the Plan introduces specific safeguard and use measures. These “further contexts” have been identified by determining, in relation to the landscape context at present significantly perceptible, the characteristics and landscape values of the open space surrounding the property, based on the location of the property in the territory, the possible presence of open pieces of agricultural space still present or of compromises linked to urbanisation phenomena. This database is not final but only information. The perimeters of the properties and areas of considerable public interest published have no legal value. For the regulatory details relating to these goods as well as the exact perimeters, please refer to the information provided for in the individual protective measures.
