Dataset description

The stratum was built with data that were made available by municipal administrations. The stratum contains the areas to be excluded from the landscape authorisation procedures pursuant to Article 142(2) of Legislative Decree No 42/2004. The stratum was obtained through the overlapping of municipal urban planning instruments on 6 September 1985 with the existing urban planning tools, today’s cadastral maps and the Tencica Regional Numerica Charter. The construction of the digital layer of zones A and B in 1985 can be divided into three phases: 1. georeferencing of images, 2. comparison of 1985-2015 planning tools and recognition of geometric objects preserved and unchanged over time, 3. where preserved objects are not recognizable, we proceed with the integration of 1985 objects within the 2015 context using supporting information layers (PRGC 2015, cadastral bases 2015, CTRN, in this hierarchical order) in order to recognise portions of geometric objects, remarkable points, references.
