Price list of non-construction civil works 2014

General premise This price list contains the most important elementary prices, as well as unit prices for the most recurrent services in the civil sector, with exclusion of construction works. The estimation of the costs of individual projects must be prepared with reference to the average prices of the price. The prices refer to “normal” performance with average market quotes. A change in prices and descriptions of individual positions, if motivated by the designer, can be done by case in case you do. As far as prices are concerned, the variation may be justified in the presence of of particular situations related to the construction site (e.g. quantity, ideal logistics, particular difficulties of execution, predictable difficulty in installing the construction site or in the use of machines, difficult to reach the working location, etc.). Items for which a market price could not be found for the this edition shows, instead of the price, the indication (---). Unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the yard in compliance with the current legislation, regarding the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated by the Circular of 29.8.2006 of the Province of Bolzano distribution 11 (recital 11.5 7350), the costs of legal security (general) are already included in the fixed measure of 1 % in each individual unit price as resulting from the calculation estimative. The tenderer must undertake to allocate these amounts to measures of safety at the construction site. The prices also apply to those cases where the contractor for certain services must be used by other companies. The prices of this edition they refer to the period between December 2012 and February 2013. Prices do not include the I.V.A..
