Protection strips of watercourses

Strips for the protection of watercourses, delimited in accordance with Article 3(1) of Regional Law 41-2018, including ‘... alvei, [..] gorges, [..] embankments and [..] areas comprising the two bands with a width of 10 metres from the outer foot of the embankment or, failing that, the edge of the watercourses of the watercourses of the water network referred to in Article 22(2)(e) of Regional Law No 79 of 27 December 2012’.
