PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the modification of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).The wells and springs identified as worthy of protection in order to ensure the integrity of the water are indicated in the vulnerability maps of 1:25,000 scale aquifers and in the Charters of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10,000, and are listed in Appendix G to the Statute of the Territory.
