PTCP 2013 — Framework QC08.2 Territories covered by forests and forests and subject to hydrogeological constraints — Metropolitan City of Florence

Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No.11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: — the territories covered by forests and woods, referred to in Legislative Decree 42/2004, identified on the basis of the indications of Tuscany Forest Law No 39/2000; — the other areas bound under Royal Decree No. 3267 of 30 December 1923, now governed by the Forest Law of Tuscany; — the areas covered by fires, detected on the basis of a survey carried out by the Province of Florence.
