Dataset description

Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No 11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: A) the following protected areas, as defined in accordance with Regional Law No 49/1995 and indicated in the ninth update of the official list of regional protected areas (Dgr 842/2007), supplemented on the basis of the proposal approved by the Provincial Council concerning the fifth regional programme 2004/2007: — national parks; — national and regional reserves; — provincial reserves; — protected natural areas of local interest; — areas for the protection of natural and semi-natural habitats, wild fauna and flora, defined as sites of regional interest (SIR) under Regional Law No 56/2000 and identified in Dgr 644/2004; B) the following animal and hunting institutes, defined in accordance with Regional Law No.3/1994 and identified in the provincial hunting wildlife plan 2006-2010: — wildlife protection oasis; — migratory protection areas; — hunting wildlife farms; — tourist hunting companies; C) the additional areas identified by the current PTC as worthy of specific consideration for nature protection: — search areas for the establishment of parks, reserves and ANPIL; — biotopes and geotopes.
