Dataset description

the dataset is derived from the map layer used for the preparation of the Tavola dei Vincoli in the field of Infrastructure, soil, servitude, but only the centroids of the polygons of the ‘Sites subject to remediation’ — update December 2019.Contaminated sites are areas affected by anthropogenic phenomena (activity in course/concluded) that have caused the entry of one or more pollutants into at least one of the environmental matrices (soil, subsoil, groundwater), altering the natural content of some elements and determining the overcoming of permissible concentrations for use (CSR — risk threshold concentrations). The CSR they identify the levels of contamination related to the reality of the site (site — specific), which meet the criteria of acceptability of risk under the legislation in force. The identification of sites where an alteration of the environmental matrices has been detected it aims to highlight those areas in which, as a result of specific interventions, verified that the quality of the matrices themselves and the exposure levels of the targets humans are acceptable for the use for which such sites are or will be intended.
