The active beds are the spaces normally occupied by masses of water in quiet or in movement, including the surfaces that delimit them, of the volume of land it circumscribes these spaces and which interacts mechanically or hydraulically with the masses of water contained in them and of every element that participates in the determination of the hydraulic regime of the water masses themselves, by reference at rain events with return times of 5-10 years. The active hives are intended for the free outflow of water and the works of hydraulic and soil protection regimation.
