Dataset description

The real estate property owned by the Metropolitan City of Turin is divided into real estate: State property and assets (available and unavailable). Unavailable assets include assets of the categories referred to in Article 826 of the Civil Code, as well as all other assets defined by state and regional laws. The real estate consists of buildings, land, mineral waters, thermal baths, quarries and peatlands. The final value refers to the 31/12 of the year preceding the publication, indicated in the field “Year” of the dataset.
