Dataset description

Register of associations, foundations and other private institutions, which operate in matters of regional competence and whose aims are exhausted within the regional territory, acquire legal personality through the recognition determined, pursuant to Presidential Decree No 361 of 10 February 2000, from the entry in the Regional Register of Legal Persons. Recognition shall be made after assessment of the purpose — which must be non-profit-making — of the suitability of the assets and financial resources necessary for the pursuit of the statutory objectives. With recognition, institutions acquire the legal personality which entails perfect property autonomy or the separation between the assets of the juridical person and that of individuals.
