Regional Social Cooperatives al 30-04-2022

The Regional Register of Social Cooperatives was established in implementation of Article 4 of Regional Law No 7/2015 “Promotion and valorisation of social cooperatives in Campania, in implementation of Law No 381 of 8 November 1991 — Discipline of social cooperatives” which, in recognising the usefulness of the social and economic function exercised by cooperation on the regional territory, aims, inter alia, to promote and disseminate its entrepreneurial culture and social responsibility, as well as regulate its collaboration with public administrations for activities for the benefit of disadvantaged people and other fragile subjects.
