Regional Topographic Map 1985

The regional topographic map derives from the mosaicing of the 136 tablets of the Istituto Geografico Militare that cover the territory of Abruzzo in 43 dials. By means of photo-interpretation carried out on the black and white frames of the regional flight 1981-1985 on a scale of approximately 1:33,000, the following have been updated: 1) the settlement system divided into mainly residential areas and related services and mainly productive areas and general services; 2) the infrastructure system for the whole of the suburban, motorway and road roads that can be assimilated up to the fourth class of the legend I.G.M.I.; 3) the morphological system with regard to the main morphological changes detected during photointerpretation.
