Register of environmental subjects — Local Operating Units

The dataset contains information relating to the Local Operating Units (ULOs), i.e. the locations where production activities are carried out for which one or more environmental authorisations are issued.In the context of the cooperation network of SIRA Piemonte, in which Region, Province and ARPA participates, the ULOs are uniquely identified through the allocation of a shared coding (SIRA code) and the associated information is managed through the system “Register of subjects subject to environmental authorisations”, the acronym of which is ANAGAMB.ANAGAMB contains, in addition to the SIRA Code, the information relating to: Company name, Address of Local Operating Unit, Localisation Municipality, Economic Activities ISTAT (ATECO), the georeferencing of the ULO.The updating of the information is carried out through application cooperation services and the collaboration of the various bodies involved.The assignment of the SIRA Codification remains unchanged as the activity carried out in the headquarters does not change even in the event of any changes to the company name, the manager, etc. since for environmental purposes the type of impact related to the presence of the activity is not changed.
