Resource database and enhancement of the mountain — Historical fountains and related events in the Emilia-Romagna plain

Vector data base, obtained from the georeference of the reports of historical evidence of coming a day of surface aquifers in the Emilia-Romagna plain; among them, the fountains. The reports derive from historical topographic maps and bibliography, implementing the publication data: Bonaposta D., Segadelli S., De Nardo M.T., Alessandrini A., Pezzoli S. (2011) — The geological potential of historical environmental data: the case of springs and fountains in Emilia Romagna. The degree of detail of the information layer is compatible with that required by spatial and urban planning of municipal and supra-municipal areas.
