Dataset description

Vector-type georeferenced database containing permeable hydrogeological complexes for fracturing and aquifer site, prepared for the development of travertine deposits, associated with groundwater resources. It is a polygonal layer referring to the regional mountain sector, partly taken from the cartography of the Underground Water Corps of the Emilia-Romagna Apennines on a scale of 1:250,000, prepared by the Geological, Seismic and Soil Service for the Hydrographic District Management Plans (in the 2009 and 2015 planning cycles), applying the criteria set out in Legislative Decree 30/2009 implementing the Water Framework Directive. The table contents indicate the name of the Underground Water Corps of the reference regional maps, even if the correspondence was only partial.
