Dataset description
The analysis of the CLE of urban settlements is carried out using the forms drawn up by the Technical Commission referred to in Article 5 (7) and (8) of O.P.C.M. 3907/2010 and issued by means of a decree issued by the Head of the Department of Civil Protection. This analysis includes, among other elements, the identification of structural aggregates that may interfere with the infrastructure of accessibility and accounting for the territorial context (Article 18 of O.P.C.M. 4007/2012), as part of the CLE analysis of urban development, using the forms drawn up by the Technical Commission referred to in Article 5 (7) and (8) of O.P.C.M. 3907/2010 and issued by a special decree of the Head of the Department of Civil Protection.
