Dataset description

The Provincial Agency for the Protection of the Environment manages the registration of the sites subject to the clean-up procedure referred to in Article 251 of Legislative Decree No 152/06, as also provided for in Article 77 bis c. 10ter of the TULP (D.P.P. No 1-41/Leg of 26 January 19887). Other types of sites have also been included in the register for the planning and use of the territory.For any information please refer to the Provincial Agency for Environmental Protection — Technical Sector for the Protection of the Air, Physical Agents and Remediation. For any information please refer to the Provincial Agency for the Protection of the Environment — Technical Sector for the Protection of the Environment U.O. Air, physical agents and reclamation.The “SITES NOT OBJECTED OF BONIFIC PROCEDURE” of interest to planners and use of the territory are:- Ex reclaimed SOIS landfills (ref. art. 76 of DPGP No 1-41/Leg. of 26 January 1987) Represent the old landfills of solid urban waste used at local level before the activation of the controlled landfills. They are represented in the register with the reference cadastral parcels, which generally comprise a much larger area of land than the actual waste disposal activity in the past. They are currently being redeployed by the Provincial Agency for Depuration — Plant Management Service, to which reference must be made for the exact extent and location of the past waste management activity.- Ex Article 77(1) TULP: they represent old uncontrolled landfills of waste subject to safety measures pursuant to Article 77 of DPGP No 1-41/Leg of 26 January 1987 — Natural Fund: areas where the presence of exceedances of the threshold concentrations of contamination due to natural causes has been recognised on the basis of specific surveys.
