Dataset description

Geopedological map in raster format not georeferenced at scale 1:50.000 of the territory of the Metropolitan City of Florence. The territory of the Metropolitan City of Florence is divided into 4 sheets marked by a number between 1 and 4. Year 1994. Author: University of Florence — Department of Earth Sciences — P. Magazzini. It is part of the PTCP cognitive framework approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15/06/1998. In the context of the PTCP of the Province of Florence a geolithological cartography, at scale 1:25:000, and a geopedological one, at the 1:50:000 scale, which provide the main elements for the assessment of the susceptibility to the failure of the provincial territory.
