The dataset contains the number of start-up communications; the data shall be broken down by gender. Start-ups are available by common headquarters of the company, by production sector and by type of contract. With effect from 1 March 2008, the electronic dispatch of recruitment communications, terminations, transformation and extension of the employment relationship to the relevant Employment Services has been made mandatory for all employers both public and private (L. 296/2006). The number of employment contracts activated can record the initiation of relationships of the same person for several times in the same period. For this reason, the number of communications and the number of individuals sent to work are given. The work administered is excluded (except for start-up data by contract type).
