Territory: Local Identity Cores (NIL) — OBSOLETI

**This dataset is obsolete, the updated one is available at this link**: http://dati.comune.milano.it/dataset/e8e765fc-d882-40b8-95d8-16ff3d39eb7c The NIL — Local Identity Nuclei represent areas that can be defined as districts of Milan, where it is possible to recognise historic and project districts, with different characteristics from each other. They are introduced by the PGT (Government Plan of the Territory) as a set of areas, connected to each other by infrastructures and services for mobility, the green. These are urban vitality systems: concentrations of local commercial activities, gardens, places of aggregation, services; but there are also 88 local identities to be strengthened and designed and through which to organise small and large services (Piano dei Servizi).
