The Dataset aims to represent a framework for the management of the flow of reports from citizens through the SUS (Unique Reporting System https://www.comune.roma.it/web/it/di-la-tua-segnala.page), the steps and actions that are taken from the opening up to the closure of the problem. The reports present are geo-located for municipalities and for topics — the data of the published reports are as shown by the user reports, regardless of the veracity attested or not compared to what is reported.
*** Please note that the monthly publications of the S.U.S. source dataset will be suspended with the following timing: last publication
March 2021 for new reports, last publication May 2021 for data on closures
