Dataset description

The torrential Penalty layer classifies the territory into penalty classes relative to torrential phenomena, and is one of the themes that constitute the Charter of Summary of Dangerousness. The classification of the penalty is coded in the field CSP (P1 — negligible or absent, APP — areas to be deepened, P2 — low, P3 — average, P4 — high). The cartographic basis for contextualisation of the Dangerous Summary Charter is the current Provincial Technical Charter. The Charter of Summary of Pericolosis is one of the elements constituting the Provincial Urban Planning Plan PUP (Article 21(4)(d) of Provincial Law No 15 of 4 August 2015, Article 3(1) of Provincial Law No 5 of 27 May 2008) and is responsible for identifying areas characterised by different degrees of penalty for the purposes of land use. because of the presence of the hydrogeological, avalanche, seismic and forest fire hazards described in the Pericolosis Charters (Article 10 of Provincial Law No 9 of 1 July 2011 and Article 14 of Provincial Law No 5 of 27 May 2008). By means of Decision No 1317 of 4 September 2020, the Provincial Executive approved the Dangerous Summary Charter, including the first update of the extract relating to the territory of the Municipality of Trento, the Municipality of Caldonazzo and the Municipalities of Aldeno, Cimone, Garniga Terme and the territory of the municipalities included in the Rotaliana-Königsberg Community, and the amendments made to the document on ‘Indications and clarifications for the application of the provisions concerning areas with medium or low high penalties and areas with other types of penalties’.
