Dataset description

The Dataset contains the Single Regional Catalogue of outpatient services, a unique tool for the determination of outpatient services throughout the region. UPDATE IN REAL TIME. The information in the Dataset is as follows: *COD_TYPO_CATALOGO: It represents a segmentation of the catalogue, necessary to ensure autonomy for the various domains that are and will be constituted. Currently there are the following subcatalogues: L — Laboratory R — Diagnostics for Images and Interventional (implemented on RIS/PACS) M — Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine (PAS: Special Care Courses) A — OTHER: Everything else (object of possible extrapolations in the future to create other subcatalogues) MN — Nuclear Medicine PC — PACKAGES: Packages» *C1: Field for internal use in the subcatalogue for the autonomous classification of the services that compose it *C2: Field for internal use in the subcatalogue for the autonomous classification of the services that compose it *C3: Field for internal use in the subcatalogue for the autonomous classification of the services that compose it *C4: Field for internal use in the subcatalogue for the autonomous classification of the services that compose it *COD_PRESTATION_CATALOGO: Unique code that identifies the performance *DESCRIPTION_PRESTATION_CATALOGO: Description of the service *COD_PRESTATION_NOMENCLATOR: Attachment code to the regional nomenclature table from which the performance inherits higher-level attributes. *DATE_INITIATION: Identify the beginning of the validity of the service and therefore of the relative prescribability *DATE_END: Identify the end of the validity of the service and therefore the relative prescribability *DATA_INIZIO_RCT: Start date of record validity *DATA_FINE_RCT: End date of validity record *LAST_UPDATE: Last updated record date *DATE_ANNULLATION: Date Cancellation Record *DISCIPLINE: Future use *CLASS: Future use *GENERIC_DI_REFERENCE: Future use *DARKED: Flag that can take the value of “S” or “N”, in order to facilitate the prescribed doctor in the search for the normally prescribed services. *PRESCRIBEABLE: Flag that can take the value of “S” or “N” *OBSOLETO_FLAG: Flag declaring the obsolescence of a performance *OBSOLETO_NEW_CODE: The indication of the new performance/package replacing it, if identified, the outdated performance. *LINEE_GUIDA_IND_CLINICHE: Specific guidelines for the performance of the catalogue *LINEE_GUIDA_NOTE: Specific notes relating to the performance of the catalogue *EROGATO_RT: Future use *EROGABILE_SOLOREGIMERICOVER: Flag that can assume the value of “S” or “N” indicates whether the benefit will be available only under hospitalisation *ICD9CM: Performance ICD9CM Code *DESCRIPTION_SHORT: Description of the service with any abbreviations *BRANCA: It represents the specialised branch linked to the performance of the nomenculator *REPETIBLE_CODE_IN_RECEIVED: 0 = NON-REPEATABLE; 1 = REPETABLE indicates whether the performance is to be prescribed individually. *PRGLA: Flag that declares whether the service is subject to the Regional Plan Government Expecting Lists.
