Landscaping assets are real estates that have significant characteristics of natural beauty, geological singularity or historical memory, including monumental trees, villas, gardens and parks that are distinguished by their uncommon beauty (villas, gardens and parks not protected under Legislative Decree 42/04, Part Two or “cultural goods”). Landscaping assets are assets recognised by specific administrative act (Ministerial Decree, Royal Decree, Regional Acts) within the meaning of Article 136(1)(a) and (b) of Legislative Decree No 42 of 22-1-2004.
