Use and Coverage of the Soil — Entire Region

Polygonal Archive of Use and Soil Covering for the entire region. Supplied in [Spatialite] format(http://www.gaia-gis.it/gaia-sins/), complete with a [Qgis](http://qgis.org/it/site/) project that implements the necessary dressings. The project also provides access to orthoimages 2007, 2010 and 2013, including in false colors, in [WMS] format(http://www502.regione.toscana.it/geoscopio/servizi/wms/OFC.htm). Also available is the archive for sampling (pointual) of the urbanised areas by photo-interpretation of the Ortophotos years 1954, 1978, 1988, 1996 and 2007. The Tuscan Forest Inventory, detection by pixels of 400 meters side by side carried out in the years 1985-1993. Land Use and Coverage — Scale 1:25,000 — Year 1978. The Forest Vegetation Charter on a scale of 1:250,000 Among the layers is also made available the [Use of the nineteenth century soil](http://www502.regione.toscana.it/geoscopio/usosuolostorico.html), reconstructed on the basis of data and documents acquired at the various State Archives of Tuscany as part of [Progetto Castore](http://www.regione.toscana.it/-/castore-catasti-storici-regionali). In the DataBase Spatialite, and accessible by the Qgis project, statistics on changes in land use and coverage between 2007, 2010 and 2013 are also made available.
