Dataset description

The Water Bodies Service WFD 2000/60/CE Triennium 2009-2011 provides the classification of water bodies under the WFD developed by ARPA Piemonte on the basis of monitoring data for the three-year period 2009-2011. The service allows you to view the layers described below.Water bodies WFD rivers — Chemical Status 2009-2011: the chemical status shall be assessed in relation to compliance with the environmental quality standards defined for the pollutants set out in Table 1A of Annex I to Part III of Legislative Decree 152/2006; Water bodies WFD rivers — Environmental status 2009-2011: the ecological status expresses the quality of the structure and functioning of aquatic ecosystems and is classified according to the criteria defined in Annex I to Part III of Legislative Decree 152/2006. For the assessment of the state, in addition to the biological components (Macrofite, Diatomee, Macroinvertebrates) are considered chemical — general physical parameters and compliance with environmental quality standards for specific pollutants listed in Table 1/B of Annex I to Part III of Legislative Decree No 152/2006, as well as morphological and hydrological elements to confirm the assessment of the high status. WFD water bodies lakes — chemical status 2009-2011: the chemical status shall be assessed in relation to compliance with the environmental quality standards defined for the pollutants set out in Table 1A of Annex I to Part III of Legislative Decree 152/2006.Water bodies WFD lakes — ecological status 2009-2011: the ecological state expresses the quality of the structure and functioning of aquatic ecosystems and is classified according to the criteria set out in Annex I to Part III of Legislative Decree No 152/2006. For the assessment of the status, in addition to the biological components (Fitoplankton and Macrofite) are considered chemical — general physical parameters and compliance with environmental quality standards for specific pollutants set out in Table 1/B of Annex I to Part III of Legislative Decree 152/2006, WFD surface aquifer water bodies — Chemical State 2009-2011: the chemical status of groundwater expresses the water quality status in relation to the concentration of pollutants including nitrates, pesticides, chlorinated solvents, metals and other pollutants referred to in Tables 2 and 3 of Annex 3 to Legislative Decree No 30/2009. hydrographic grid typed according to the European Water Directive 2000/60/EC (WFD)
