Dataset description

Procedure that can be activated by undertakings in favour of workers made redundant for the following reasons: conclusion of CIGS, reduction of staff, transformation of work activity, company restructuring, cessation of activity. The data until 31/12/2012 include both the procedure with compensation for workers (L. 223/91) and the one that does not provide for it (L. 236/93), however, from 01/01/2013 only collective mobility procedures are collected (L. 223/91). The data refer to the Annual Reports published by the Services for Employment Division of the Province of Florence which uses as a statistical source the SIL, the Information System of the Tuscany Region, an telematic tool adopted by the Employment Centres for the management of their competent procedures including: registrations, communications of recruitment or terminations or extensions or transformations of employment relationships sent by companies, mobility lists, targeted placement. They include the 7 main Employment Centres of the Province of Florence, excluding the Empolese-Valdelsa Circondario. Data for the year 2009 were stabilised for April 2010; those of 2010 were stabilised in July 2011. The figures for the year 2011 are stabilised for the month of September 2012, those of 2012, come from an extrapolation carried out in July 2013.
