Work: territorial comparisons between the main indicators on employment. 2004-2021

The dataset contains the main labour force indicators in the municipality of Milan and in the main geographical breakdowns that are significant for territorial comparisons. The areas considered are the provincial, regional level, the North West divisional area and Italy. For all indicators related to the areas listed above, the source is ISTAT. The data refer to residents of the age group 15-64 years. The following definition of indicators: * activity rate: the relationship between the labour force and the reference population in the corresponding age group, * employment rate: the ratio of the number of employees to the reference population in the corresponding age group; * unemployment rate: the relationship between the number of jobseekers and the labour force in the corresponding age group. Annual data are available in historical series from 2004 to 2021.
