Fully newly vaccinated populations who have 14 days after completion of a complete initial vaccination course or one dose of vaccine following a laboratory confirmed positive COVID-19 test (conforming to the conditions necessary for obtaining a vaccination certificate, more broadly https://www.vmnvd.gov.lv/lv/sertifikatu-veidi-un-izmantosana).The monthly relative data used the total population at the beginning of the year, excluding those who died between the beginning of the year and the month in question among the vaccinated population. More on the estimation of population and key demographic indicators in experimental statistics:https://stat.gov.lv/lv/metadati/8113-iedzivotaju-skaits-un-galvenie-demografiskie-raditaji-eksperimentala-statistika Neighbourhood and densely populated areas with less than 50 permanent residents are excluded. Territory codes are published at https://data.gov.lv/dati/dataset/teritorijas_csb. The Classification of Administrative Territories, Territorial Units and Statistical Regions is published at https://data.gov.lv/dati/dataset/atvk. Generalised boundaries of territorial units are published at https://data.gov.lv/dati/dataset/robezas. The neighborhoods are published at https://data.gov.lv/dati/dataset/apkaimes. Densely populated areas are published at https://data.gov.lv/dati/dataset/bat. The calculation of experimental statistics shall be based on new data sources and methods, seeking to widen the range or level of detail of statistics according to user needs. It should be noted that experimental statistical methods are not constant, approbated and internationally agreed and may be changed to improve data quality. The CSB publishes experimental statistics in order to receive user feedback, evaluate the analytical potential of the data, relevance to reality and user needs. The CSB considers that time series of experimental data can also be useful for users and the opinion of the users of the statistics is the basis for deciding on the inclusion of these statistics in the Official Statistics Programme. When publishing experimental statistics, the CSB provides data users with new sources of information for decision making.
