Dataset description

This website presents the results of wireless Internet access data rate control measurements performed by the Internet Access Monitoring System (IPSS) administered by the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania. Measurements are performed in the mobile communication networks of the operators UAB Bitė Lietuva, AB Telia Lietuva, UAB TELE2 and AB Lietuvos radijo ir televizijos centras (LRTC) throughout Lithuania in order to monitor and evaluate the quality of provided Internet access services, as required by the European Union directives, as well as to make the results of such measurements available to the public.
