Dataset description

Every two years, the Administration for the Evaluation and Control of Dependence Insurance: checks and measures the adequacy of the services actually provided and the required services set out in the summary of takeover by means of the documentation of the care provided by the providers referred to in Articles 389 to 391 and, where appropriate, a visit to the dependent person; checks the quality of the services provided to the dependent person taking into account indicators referred to in Article 387a, by means of the supporting documentation provided by the service providers referred to in Articles 389 to 391 and, where appropriate, a visit to the dependent person. The Administration for the Evaluation and Control of Dependency Insurance prepares a biennial report on the checks carried out, which it transmits to the steering committee of the National Health Fund, to Ministers with Social Security and Health in their responsibilities and Ministers competent under the legislation regulating relations between the State and the in the social, family and therapeutic fields. It should be noted that this article intends that the report will also contain measures implemented for quality monitoring related to the provision of technical aids and realisation of housing adaptations.
