This article documents the origin and properties of biogas produced in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and injected into the natural gas network.
The CSV file contains terms in the vertical columns, which are explained in more detail below:
— Quantity_of_biogas_injected_kWh
The total amount of biogas injected in the corresponding month [in kilowatt hours].
— Fraction_Agriculture_et_Lisier_t
Fraction of biomass used from agricultural products, waste and residues (including plant and animal substances) for the respective month [in tonnes].
— Fraction_Aquaculture_t
Fraction of biomass used from aquaculture products used for the respective month [in tonnes].
— Fraction_Syviculture_t
Fraction of biomass used from forestry products used for the respective month [in tonnes].
— Fraction_Viticulture_t
Fraction of the biomass used that comes from the products of viticulture and its related industries for the respective month [in tonnes].
— Fraction_Collecte_Selective_t
Fraction of biomass used from products obtained by selective collection, industrial and municipal waste, with the exception of sewage sludge, for the respective month [in tonnes].
— Quantity _de_GPL_added_kWh
Amount of LPG added to biogas in the corresponding month [in kilowatt hours].
The data are determined by the Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation on the basis of information transmitted electronically by the various operators of Luxembourg’s biogas plants.
