Dataset description

Consistent with the concept of operational and managerial employment, the CGDIS Operational Regulation lays down the employment doctrine relating to the general organisation and operation of the fire and rescue department, as well as specialised intervention groups (GIS). It sets out the principles established by the Grand Ducal Regulation of 27 June 2018 on the operational organisation and rules of the Emergency Operations Command. It is divided into 6 parts: 1. Fire and rescue service; 2. relief commitment; 3. the organisation of relief on operation; 4. the principles of intervention during emergency relief operations to persons; 5. the principles of intervention during firefighting operations; 6. the GIS employment doctrine.
