The obligations of users under the CC-BY-SA license are to: — credit the source of origin with the indication “Source: STATEC — Centrale des Bilans”; — specify, where appropriate, the changes made; — distribute the work/derived product under the same licence CC-BY-SA. STATEC does not exercise any prior control over the information of the Centrale des Bilans, as deposited by companies and traders in the Register of Commerce and Companies of Luxembourg (RCS). As a data provider, STATEC cannot be held liable for any harmful consequences arising from the use, interpretation, alteration or analysis by users or third parties of the data of the Centrale des Bilans. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** **Data coder:** The file **“Full Dictionary 2011-202Y.xlsx”** contains the French, German and English dictionary of all eCDF forms variables, with references to the eCDF field number and the Statec identification variable (an annual update of this file will be made and the file name will include the year in which the file was updated). *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** **Guide to use:** A user guide is available and contains information on the variables distributed, the structure and handling of the files, and the different datasets offered. STATEC pointed out that the Centrale des Bilans does not provide IT support for the operation of the files. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** **Analysis:** The analysis 4-2020 “La Centrale des Bilans — a 10-year state of play” of the Statec, allows users to get acquainted with the Centrale des Bilans. Starting with a description of the data collection, an inventory of the available data, presenting the “rock needles” and finally explaining the use and dissemination of the data, this publication allows interested readers to familiarise themselves with the concepts and data of the Centrale des Bilans.
