Dataset description

According to the [Luxembourg Law of 28 May 2019](http://legilux.public.lu/eli/etat/leg/loi/2019/05/28/a373/jo), all Luxembourg public sites must be accessible. The Information and Press Service (SIP) is responsible for assessing their accessibility. In this context, the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), created by the [DINUM](https://www.numerique.gouv.fr/dinum/), has been selected as an accessibility repository for all the sites of the public sector bodies concerned by the law. Its content has been adapted by the [Information and Press Service (SIP)](https://sip.gouvernement.lu/) to refer to the Luxembourg legal framework. This repository is available on the Digital Accessibility Portal: [RGAA](https://accessibilite.public.lu/fr/rgaa4.1/index.html) The AAR’s technical methodology provides an operational framework for verifying compliance with accessibility requirements. Therefore, it makes it possible to verify that a web page — i.e. any HTML content (HTML4, XHTML1 and HTML5) — complies with the 50 success criteria of levels A and AA of the international WCAG 2.1 standard that have been used in the [European Reference Standard (.pdf)](https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/301500_301599/301549/02.01.02_60/en_301549v020102p.pdf) to establish the level of legal requirements for digital accessibility. This benchmark contains 106 control criteria. Note that the RGAA does not cover native mobile applications. These are covered by the [Mobile Application Accessibility Assessment Reference (RAAM 1)] (https://data.public.lu/fr/datasets/referentiel-devaluation-de-laccessibilite-des-applications-mobiles/).
