In order to ensure greater transparency of parliamentary activities, the Chamber of Deputies has introduced a Transparency Register which requires registration prior to any contact organised with an extra-parliamentary person with a view to influencing their legislative work or the House’s decision-making process.
This register is intended to make public the various actors.
It contains:
— The name
— The legal form
— The address (of the registered office)
— The phone number
— The e-mail address
— The company number in the commercial and company register or its equivalent for foreign companies
— The subject matter of the association, company or grouping
— The name of the third party represented if applicable
