List of Authorised Economic Agents (AEO), published in compliance with item 22 of the Regulation on the procedure for issuing, suspending and withdrawing the certificate of authorised economic operator, approved by Government Decision no. 647 of 7 August 2014 on the implementation of the provisions of Section 271 and 281 of the Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova, which provides that "the Customs Service manages the database of AEO certificates electronically and ensures its updating. The information in the database may be submitted, upon request, to other supervisory bodies and to the competent public authorities. The information on the holding of the AEO certificate may be made public by placing on the official website of the Customs Service with the consent of the holder of the AEO certificate”.
