Dataset description

The (new) installation of wind turbines is not permitted within this scope on the basis of legal guidelines and/or on the basis of the provincial targets. The province does not permit the installation of wind turbines within these areas and will not participate in spatial planning for this purpose. This file is built on the basis of: Rest areas for winter geese, meadow bird areas, open lap fields and exclusion on legal grounds. This file was established by Provinciale Staten on 19 December 2018.
