Dataset description

In this table, the average WOZ value of housing is published as of 1 January. The figures are broken down by the ownership of the property (excluding dwellings whose property is unknown) and by regional breakdown. Under the regional breakdown, a breakdown was made by the Netherlands total, part of the country, province, COROP area and municipality. For municipalities where a municipal reclassification has taken place, the figures between the years are not quite comparable. Population: The population is the housing stock according to the BAG on 1 January, as determined by CBS. Data available from: 2019 Status of the figures: The figures with the total average WOZ value of 2019 are further provisional and based on the LVWOZ extract of June 2021. The figures with the total mean WOZ value of 2020 are further provisional and based on the October 2020 LVWOZ extract. The figures with the total mean WOZ value of 2021 are further provisional and based on the October 2021 LVWOZ extract. Changes as of 21 December 2021: The table has been expanded with the selection of ownership of the property. When are new figures coming? In the summer of 2022, the preliminary figures for 2022 for the total housing stock will appear without breakdown by ownership. In autumn 2022, the further preliminary figures for 2022 will appear with the breakdown of the average WOZ value by ownership.
