The Basic Income Register shows the aggregate income or the annual taxable income of everyone (about 13 million citizens) who makes income tax returns. Government organisations use the BRI to determine surcharges, subsidies or benefits. The income included in the BRI is called the registered income. The registered income (from the previous year) can be consulted on MyGovernment.
For operational matters about the BRI for source holders and customers, go to the website of the Tax Department.
