This table publishes data on the number of building permits granted and the estimated construction costs of building permits granted for commercial buildings. The results relate to building permits granted with a construction sum starting from 50 thousand euros, excluding VAT. The data are broken down by type of work (new construction and other), by type of building, by destination (SBI 2008) and by region. Data available from January 2012. Status of the figures: The figures for the years up to and including the second quarter of 2021 are final. The figures from the third quarter of 2021 are provisional. Changes as of 18 August 2022: The figures for the second quarter of 2021 have been finalised. The figures for the second quarter of 2022 have been added. Preliminary figures from the third quarter of 2021 to the first quarter of 2022 may differ slightly from the previous publication. When are new figures coming? The new figures will be published approximately 2 months after the quarterly report. The figures for the same quarter of one year will become final.
