Dataset description

* ** description:** The Nature Protection Act does not protect wood uprisings within built-up areas. Where the boundary of the built-up area lies, is determined by the city council. Contrary to what the name suggests, this is not the border of the built-up area under the Road Traffic Act. Decisions on changes in the boundary sometimes prejudge the situation as it is found on the street. Actual adjustment of the boundary is in many cases only if the spatial developments on the ground make this possible * **source:** Municipality of Tilburg * ** purpose registration:** Limitation Built-in area border in accordance with Council decision * **restrictions:** This dataset is not suitable for legal or survey purposes * **possibilities:** This dataset is suitable for providing insight into the location on the map * **coordinate system:** WGS1984 (EPSG:4326)
