Dataset description

This table provides data on the number of jobs of employed persons and number of employees, operating result, operating income and expenses, financial result, balance provisions and extraordinary result of a large number of industries and industries according to the Standard 1993 business classification (SBI'93) of CBS. The data is derived from more detailed industry-specific tables (see paragraph 3) and make it possible for the branches to be compare it. For a statement by the SBI see paragraph 2. Data available from 2006-2008. Status of the figures: All the figures in the table are final. Changes as of 1 September 2011: This table does not go beyond results for the reporting year 2008. Compiling the figures for 2009 is compared to changed to two main sections in previous years: — The 2008 SBI has been applied; — The statistical unit has changed. The above changes are so substantial that the results are not similar to those of previous years and therefore started with a new table from 2009 (see paragraph 3). Changes as of 12 November 2010: Further examination has shown that the figures relating to the 2008 reporting year insufficient for two wholesale publication groups be reliable, namely for: 5186 Wholesale of electric motors, electrical and electronic motors instruments, control cabinets and other installation equipment 5187 Wholesale of other industrial and commercial machinery The figures for these two groups are therefore no longer included in the table.
