Dataset description

The source of the data in this table is common arrangements and the CBS offers them as a service as open data. The CBS receives the data from common arrangements in the context of the Third Party Reports (Iv3). The data in the table have not been edited by the CBS. This type of data is also referred to as ‘unprocessed data’. The CBS has no responsibility for the quality of the data. The data in the CBS’s own publications do not need to be traced one-to-one to the data in this table. The table contains unprocessed Iv3 dates of all reporting types of one reporting year. The types of report are the four quarters and the annual accounts. This table lists at least all the common arrangements included in the sample of the CBS of major common schemes to be provided; these are the common arrangements where, in an earlier reporting year, the total income or expense in the operating account of the financial statements was more than EUR 20 million. In addition, all common schemes that have been submitted on a voluntary basis for at least one period in the current reporting year are included. NB. if a common scheme is included in the table but has not provided Iv3 data for a report type, then each cell for that type of report shall have the value ‘.’, in the sense of missing. The encodings used in the table for the categories on the one hand and the job fields and balance sheet items on the other are taken from the ‘Decree on Budget and Accountability Provinces and Municipalities’ (GDP) of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The BBV contains, inter alia, the rules governing the delivery of Iv3 data to the CBS. For each type of report, all reports received so far are published at the same time. The reason for placing the data again is that the CBS gives the common arrangements the opportunity to provide an improved Iv3 dataset. The dates that are placed the first time in the topic ‘Place’ have the value ‘1st placement’. The dates that are placed the second time have the value ‘2nd placement’. Data available from: 2021. Status of the figures The figures in this table are final upon publication (i.e. no update of once published dates will be made subject to exceptions). Changes as of 11 April 2022: The figures for the second placement of Q4 2021 are included. When will there be new figures? The time of publication of new figures for a type of report depends on the deadline for submission to the CBS applicable to the type of report concerned. For quarterly accounts, this is one month after the end of the quarter. Finally, for the annual accounts of year j, this date is 14 July in the year following the reporting year (j+ 1). All reports received for a type of report shall be published simultaneously. This publication is done twice. The first time is 10 days after the deadline. If this day is on weekends or on a public holiday, the dates will be published on the next working day. This placement will be accompanied by the publication of the last report received for each notifier, which has been received no later than 5 days after the deadline for submission. The second time is 70 days after the closing date. If this day is on weekends or on a public holiday, the dates will be published on the next working day. This placement shall be accompanied by the publication of the last report received for each notifier, which has been received no later than two months after the deadline for submission. The distinction between the first and second placements can be seen in the subject.
