Construction; turnover development, size, index 2015=100

This table contains figures on the development of the domestic turnover of construction companies (excluding project development). The evolution is represented as a percentage change from the same period in the previous year and by means of indices with the base year 2015. The data can be broken down by company size and branches according to the Standard Business Classification 2008 (SBI 2008). Data available from: 1st quarter of 2005. Status of the figures: The figures for 2022 are provisional, previous periods are final. Changes as of 16 May 2022: Figures from the 1st quarter of 2022 have been added and the 2021 figures may have been adjusted. When are new figures coming? As a rule, CBS publishes the preliminary results within six to eight weeks after the end of the quarter. Up to 75 days after the end of a quarter, the provisional figures may change due to fulfilled information from respondents. Thereafter, the figures shall not change until, no later than 12 months after the end of the year, the last completed information is processed. After that, all the quarters of that year’s report are ‘final’. Until then, the status “provisional” will be maintained for the results. After publication of final results, CBS will only adjust the results if major adjustments and/or corrections are necessary.
