Dataset description

This table contains the European Harmonised Consumer Price Index (HICP) for the Netherlands, the EU and the Eurozone. This price index reflects the price evolution of a package of goods and services purchased by an average household in an EU country. The composition of the package of goods and services makes it possible to compare the price movements of consumer goods and services between EU countries. Of the indices are also the year-on-year developments in this table. Data available from 1996 to 2015 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Changes as of 16 June 2016 None, this table has been discontinued Changes as of 10 March 2016: Eurostat has adjusted figures for the EU and the Eurozone.
